Beerita.id – Mantan Ibu Negara Kristiani Herawati tengah terbaring sakit dan mendapat perawatan intensif di National University Hospital Singapura. Ibu Ani, begitu biasa disapa disebut menderita penyakit kanker darah. Hal tersebut dikatakan langsung oleh sang suami yang juga Presiden RI ke-enam Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY).
Dalam video yang banyak beredar di sosial media, SBY sekaligus meminta bantuan doa dari seluruh rakyat Indonesia agar istrinya diberikan kesembuhan.
Berikut pernyataan lengkap SBY.
Assalamualaikum Warohamtullahi Wabarakatuh
Salam sejahtera untuk kita semua. Bapak, ibu, sodara sekalian yang saya cintai.
Saat ini saya berada di Singapura mendampingi Ibu Ani dalam pengobatan dan perawatan kesehatan di negeri ini.
Sejak tanggal 2 Februari 2019 yang lalu, Ibu Ani menjalani medical treatment di Singapura atas rekomendasi tim dokter kepresidenan Indonesia.
Dengan rasa prihatin, saya sampaikan kepada para sahabat di tanah air, Ibu Ani mengalami blood cancer atau kanker darah.
Dan karenanya harus menjalani pengobatan dan perawatan yang intensif di National University Hospital Singapura.
Atas nama Ibu Ani dan keluarga besar SBY, saya mohon doa dari para sahabat agar Allah SWT, Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa dengan takdir dan kuasanya, memberikan kesembuhan kepada istri tercinta Ibu Ani, atau Kristiani Herawati binti Sarwi Edhie Wibowo, agar Ibu Ani dapat kembali menjalankan kegiatan sehari-harinya di tanah air.
Pada kesempatan ini juga saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Presiden Jokowi dan pemerintah, utamanya tim dokter kepresidenan atas perhatian dan bantuan yang diberikan dalam pengobatan Ibu Ani.
Saya juga menyampaikan terima kasih atas ucapan dan doa kesembuhan kepada Ibu Ani, yang disampaikan oleh para sahabat di tanah air yang tidak bisa saya sebutkan satu persatu. Termasuk yang melalui media sosial.
Semoga Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa membalas budi baik dan ketulusan bapak ibu sodara sekalian.
Saya dan Ibu Ani meminta maaf karena tidak dapat menghadiri sejumlah kegiatan, yang direncanakan oleh berbagai pihak yang sebelumnya saya niatkan untuk saya penuhi.
Sebagai seorang suami, tentu saya harus mendampingi Ibu Ani dalam menghadapi ujian dan cobaan Tuhan ini.
Meskipun saya amat mengetahui, Ibu Ani adalah sosok yang kuat, tabah, dan tegar dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan termasuk ketika kami bersatu dalam suka dan duka selama 10 tahun saya mengemban tugas memimpin Indonesia dulu.
