Investigasi Fokus Pada Perbaikan dan Peningkatan Kehandalan
Beerita.id – Tim Investigasi Insiden Kebakaran Unit Thermal Oxidizer (TOX) CPP Gundih Cepu Field yang dipimpin oleh Antoni Lubis, dengan disertai oleh Manager Senior Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja dan Lindung Lingkungan SKKMigas, Kosario M. Kautsar melakukan peninjauan lokasi di CPP Gundih, Sabtu (11/04).
“Kami yang terdiri dari berbagai fungsi di SKKMigas turut prihatin dengan kejadian yang dialami oleh Pertamina EP Asset 4 Cepu Field. Tentunya tidak ada pihak yang mengharapkan ini bisa terjadi.” ungkap Kosario
Maka dari itu, lanjutnya, kedatangan tim dari Jakarta untuk melakukan tinjauan dan investigasi bersama Pertamina EP untuk menemukan penyebab utama dan melakukan perbaikan di masa datang.
“Kami mengapresiasi langkah cepat yang dilakukan Pertamina EP dalam menangani kejadian kemarin, sehingga dalam waktu yang tidak lama api bisa padam dan yang terpenting tidak ada korban jiwa.”
Kosario menambahkan bahwa proses investigasi ini untuk menggali informasi dan melakukan analisa terhadap semua aspek, utamanya peralatan serta teknis pengoperasian.
Sementara Antoni Lubis menyampaikan bahwa investigasi ini akan fokus pada upaya perbaikan dan peningkatan kehandalan dari sistem operasi peralatan kendali operasi di kemudian hari agar permasalahan serupa tidak terjadi lagi.
“Kami berharap dapat segera menemukan masalah utamanya, sehingga dapat disusun langkah perbaikan yang dibutuhkan agar operasional dapat segera normal kembali”, tegas Antoni Lubis.
Sementara itu, Asset 4 General Manager PT Pertamina EP, Agus Amperianto berterima kasih atas dukungan dari semua pihak utamanya dari SKKMigas yang membantu mencari solusi agar CPP Gundih segera pulih dan kembali menyalurkan gas ke konsumen.
“Kami sampaikan permohonan maaf dikarenakan kejadian ini, operasi belum normal dan belum bisa melakukan penyaluran gas kepada konsumen. Kami berterima kasih kepada PGN yang membantu untuk tetap menyalurkan gas kepada masyarakat yang sudah terkoneksi dengan jaringan gas”, jelas Agus.
Lebih lanjut, Agus menambahkan bahwa sampai dengan Sabtu, 11/04, operasi CPP Gundih masih shutdown. Karena kami mengikuti arahan dari SKKMigas agar akar penyebab masalah dicek secara menyeluruh.
“Kami berharap seluruh stakeholder dapat bersabar sejenak, sembari kami menyelesaikan perbaikan dan semoga dalam waktu dekat operasi CPP Gundih normal kembali”, pungkas Agus. (Bee 2)
