Kalbe Siap Membantu Pemerintah Dengan Siapkan Jutaan Masker dan APD Petugas Medis
Beerita.id – Sebagai bakti terhadap Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (Kalbe) juga membantu pemerintah dalam upaya menangani wabah virus Corona (Covid-19) dengan menyiapkan anggaran senilai puluhan miliar untuk membeli berbagai perlengkapan kesehatan seperti obat-obatan, multivitamin, suplemen kesehatan, produk nutrisi, masker, alat pelindung diri (APD) bagi tenaga kesehatan, hand sanitizer, dan alat kesehatan lainnya.
Virus Corona (Covid-19) di Indonesia semakin menjadi ancaman bagi masyarakat. Terlebih lagi bagi masyarakat yang telah lanjut usia atau di atas 60 tahun. Maka, sangat diperlukan usaha ekstra untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh agar mengurangi resiko terinfeksi Covid-19
Adapun jenis obat-obatan dan multivitamin yang disalurkan antara lain Bejo Jahe Merah, Starmuno, Elanos, Xonce, Fatigon, H2 Cordicept, dan lainnya.
“Bersama Sehatkan Bangsa yang menjadi pilar CSR Kalbe, kami siap mendukung pemerintah Indonesia dalam mengatasi wabah Covid-19,” ujar Presiden Direktur PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Vidjongtius, dalam keterangan tertulis, Kamis (26/3/2020). Kalbe juga sudah menandatangani kesepakatan dengan Badan Nasional Penanggulangan bencana (BNPB) untuk membantu menanggulangi virus Covid-19 dalam kebutuhan dan peralatan. Adapun isi dari nota kesepakatan tersebut adalah sebagai berikut.
1. Pemberian peralatan dan perlengkapan kesehatan seperti masker, alat rapid test, alat pelindung diri (APD), dan hand sanitizer.
2. Penggunaan fasilitas laboratorium untuk pengujian Covid-19 dengan Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) yaitu alat untuk mengambil sampel DNA.
3. Pemberian produk vitamin dan nutrisi.
4. Layanan informasi kesehatan melalui Klikdokter.
5. Menfasilitiasi produk atau layanan kesehatan lainnya yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat.
Kesepakatan ini ditandatangani langsung oleh Kepala BNPB Doni Monardo dan juga turut hadir melalui video call secara langsung Presiden Komisaris PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Irawati Setiady serta Presiden Direktur PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Vidjongtius.
Kalbe pun mendapatkan dukungan penuh dari BNPB dalam semua proses yang akan kita lakukan dalam mengatasi Covid-19. Sementara BNPB sebagai Gugus Tugas juga akan memberikan support dan dukungan kepada Kalbe untuk membantu Indonesia dalam situasi darurat. (Bee4)
