Kisah Sukses Yovita Lesmana Tebarkan Virus Entrepreneur
Beerita.id – Menjadi entrepreneur merupakan salah satu jalan untuk meraih kesuksesan. Tidak hanya untuk diri sendiri. Melainkan juga untuk orang lain. Karena itu, Yovita Lesmana getol sekali memperjuangkan lahirnya entrepreneur- entrepreneur muda lintas genre melalui profesi konsultan bisnis yang dia tekuni.
Karir Yovita sebagai konsultan dan bos dari YL Personality Training dimulai sejak 2007 silam. Ketika itu, insting bisnis Yovita yang juga dilahirkan dari keluarga pengusaha sudah terasah. Dirinya miris, melihat banyaknya orang yang secara finansial sebenarnya mampu untuk berwirausaha tapi terlalu takut untuk memulai. ”Baik alasannya karena tidak ada pengalaman, modal kurang, ataupun alasan lain,” katanya.
Memulai usaha, ujar Yovita memang tidak mudah. Tetapi juga tidak sulit. Selama ada kemauan, pasti ada jalan. ”Yang penting kerja keras dan tahan banting,” ujar putri pasangan Andy Lesmana dan Maria Magdalena.
Awal menjadi konsultan bisnis dan personality training bagi gadis kelahiran 21 Agustus 1985 adalah saat dirinya sukses membantu sang sahabat. Yang kala itu sedang bingung ingin berbisnis.
Kini setelah hampir satu dekade menggeluti bisnis ini. Tidak hanya bagi orang sekitar. Yovita juga sudah dipercaya oleh beberapa perusahaan besar dan beberapa instansi pemerintah, untuk menjadi konsultan bisnis sekaligus trainer.
Dalam seminggu, dia bisa terbang ke berbagai kota di negara ini. Baik untuk memberikan saran tentang bisnis ataupun mengisi kelas kepribadian. ”Saat ini, apa pun bidang usahanya. Harus mementingkan kepuasan konsumen. Salah satunya tentu dengan memberikan pelayanan terbaik,” katanya.
Memiliki tagline let’s care and share because we’re officially bestfriend, penghobi olahraga tenis itu mengaku selalu memosisikan diri sebagai sahabat kepada setiap kliennya. Sehingga hubungan yang tercipta bukan hanya sekadar klien dan konsultan atau pun personality trainer. Tetapi lebih bersifat pribadi. ”Sebagai sahabat, tentu kita akan lebih terbuka dan memberikan yang terbaik,” katanya.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Yovita juga berbagi tip cara menjadi seorang wirausahawan atau entrepreneur yang baik. Yaitu jangan pernah puas dan harus bisa tampil beda.
Memiliki usaha restoran misalnya, tidak hanya menjual makanan saja. Tetapi faktor jasa kreatif juga sangat diperlukan. Begitu juga dengan menjadi desainer. Tidak hanya dituntut mendesain gaun yang indah saja. Tetapi juga bagaimana menjual dan mengenalkannya ke publik. ”Strategi itu yang harus dipikirkan. Kalau sudah tepat, kesuksesan pasti akan menghampiri,” ujarnya.
Kini Yovita tengah sibuk mengembangkan bisnis clothing line bernama Majoli. Tak hanya itu saja, menggandeng anak berusia 11 tahun, Marcha Sharapova Rusli, dia juga membangun brand baru bernama Marcha & Aunty.
Bagi Yovita, hidup tidak berhenti pada satu tujuan saja. Banyak pintu yang bisa dibuka untuk berbagi kesuksesan. Salah satunya lewat buku.
”Karena saya tentu tidak selalu bisa bertemu dengan orang banyak sekaligus. Nah, melalui buku inilah, saya ingin tetap bisa menyentuh dan sharing ilmu dengan pembaca,” kata alumnus Universitas Kristen Petra Surabaya tersebut.
Kini, Yovita sedang menyusun tiga buku. Tak melulu bisnis, buku itu juga memuat soal cinta, keluarga, dan hobi. ”Karena seperti tujuan bisnis awal. Saya ingin menjadi sahabat yang baik. Yang bisa memberikan saran apapun kepada para sahabat,” ujarnya. Untuk membuat bukunya menarik, Yovita selalu menyisipinya dengan quote. ”Kata itu memang sekedar tulisan. Tapi jika diresapi dan dilihat maknanya akan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi seseorang. Dan tak jarang, orang akan mudah bangkit jika membaca kata-kata tertentu. Itu yang saya inginkan,” ujar Finalis Miss Indonesia 2007, Fun Fearless Female Cosmopolitan 2008, dan Finalis Putri Indonesia 2010.
