Pramugari Tumpahkan Minuman, Reaksi Sang CEO Sangat Mengagetkan
Beerita.id – Maddie Peters seorang pramugari American Airlines pasti tak menyangka bahwa persiapan matang yang dia lakukan untuk menyambut bosnya berakhir berantakan. Seperti dikutip dari NBC News, Peters Rabu (10/4) melayani penerbangan dari Phoenix menuju Dallas, dengan penumpang istimewa yaitu sang CEO Doug Parker Rabu.
Ketika menjalankan tugasnya, pramugari tersebut tak sengaja menumpahkan minuman dari nampan kepada pemimpin perusahaan penerbangan yang memperkerjakannya. “Kami tahu dia akan berada dalam penerbangan dan harus memberikan sikap terbaik,” kata Peters.
Kejadian itu bermula ketika perempuan berusia 28 tahun tersebut menawarkan minuman kepada penumpang di business class. Namun, seseorang di lorong yang berada di depannya tiba-tiba berhenti berjalan dan mengambil langkah mundur.
Seketika nampan berisi minuman yang dibawanya terbang dan mengenai Parker. “Saya ingin mati di sana,” ujarnya.
Untungnya, bukannya marah, Peters justru memperoleh tawa lebar dari sang CEO. Untuk menenangkan karyawannya itu, Parker bahkan kemudian mengunjungi area dapur untuk meyakinkan Peters.
“Saya bertanya kepadanya, ‘Apakah saya dipecat?’ dan dia berkata, ‘Tentu saja tidak’,” katanya.
“Ketika dia turun dari pesawat, dia bilang kalau tidak akan melupakan saya. Tebak, itu bukankah hal baik?” tuturnya.
Berkat reaksinya, sang CEO banyak mendapat komentar positif dari warganet. Umumnya mereka memuji sikap Parker yang justru menenangkan bukan memarahi. (bee4)
