Beerita.id – Bertempat di Aula PT Pertamina EP Asset 4 di Surabaya, Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) serta 11 Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) yang beroperasi di wilayah Jabanusa menggelar sharing dan diskusi PTK 007 Buku Kedua Revisi 04.

GM PT Pertamina EP Asset 4 yang diwakili oleh Pjs Kretarto Hendro Wibowo menyampaikan bahwa industri minyak dan gas bumi (migas) di sektor hulu adalah bisnis yang regulated. Salah satunya adalah pada proses pengadaan yang menjadi bagian dari pengelolaan rantai suplai. Ketika rantai suplai sudah dilakukan berdasarkan aturan, maka pengelolaan bisnis di sektor hulu migas menjadi lebih transparan dan akuntabel.

Lebih lanjut Kretarto berharap dalam kegiatan pengelolaan rantai suplai Industri Hulu Migas harus ada terobosan-terobosan dalam upaya percepatan dan penyederhanaan proses, serta menjamin akuntabilitas. Oleh karena itu, peran pengelolaan rantai suplai diharapkan mampu menjamin ketersediaan barang/jasa yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan jadwal dan spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna/user dan operasional KKKS dalam kegiatan lifting minyak dan gas bumi.

“Tentunya upaya-upaya tersebut tanpa mengesampingkan standar kualitas, kesesuaian waktu penyerahan dalam jumlah yang diperlukan dengan harga yang kompetitif, serta yang terpenting adalah aspek safety / HSSE, yang pada akhirnya dapat mendukung capaian target produksi”, tambah Kretarto, yang sehari-hari menjabat sebagai Manager Senior Eksploitasi PT. Pertamina EP Asset 4.

Erwin menambahkan, sesuai dengan situasi industri migas saat ini, SKK Migas berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan produksi dan efisiensi cost recovery melalui kegiatan pengadaan. Di antaranya penerapan strategi kontrak yang tepat misalnya berdasarkan performance base untuk implementasi new technology, pengadaan/kontrak bersama serta peningkatan kapasitas nasional melalui capaian TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri).

Peningkatan kemampuan nasional akan menciptakan multiplier effect yang lebih luas bagi perekonomian nasional dengan menyerap banyak tenaga kerja, serta menciptakan kerja sama dengan lembaga penelitian dan pelatihan untuk program alih teknologi.

”Penerapan new technology dalam hal mengelola industri hulu migas Indonesia sangat diperlukan guna memenuhi KPI (Key Performance Indicator) SKK Migas yaitu penambahan reserve replacement rasio, efisiensi cost recovery dan percepatan pencapaian target lifting seperti yang selalu disampaikan oleh Menteri ESDM dan Kepala SKK Migas,” ujarnya.
