Beerita.id – Menjadi calon jenderal adalah damban bagi setiap perwira polisi. Namun, tentu tidak mudah mencapai itu semua. Dibutuhkan ketekunan, kerja keras, serta doa yang tiada henti. Dan, ketika sudah menjadi jenderal pun, yang artinya menjadi pemimpin, seorang perwira polisi harus paham benar marwah seorang pimpinan.
Hal itu yang yang ditegaskan oleh Kalemdiklat Komjen Pol. Arief Sulistyanto dalam acara pembekalan Kalemdiklat Polri kepada Pasis Sespimti Angkatan-28 dan Serdik Sespimmen Dikreg Angkatan-59 di Gedung Oetaryo, Sespim Polri Lembang Jawa Barat Selasa (26/11) lalu.
Mengawali pengarahannya, Arief menyampaikan bahwa Serdik Sespim (Sespimmen & Sespimti) merupakan figur dambaan saat taruna Akpol, dimana sejak taruna sudah didoktrin menjadi sosok “Calon Jenderal” Yang artinya memang ditempa untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin.
Lebih lanjut mantan Kabareskrim itu menegaskan tentang marwah seorang pemimpin. Yakni, pemimpin adalah sosok yang memiliki visi guna menuju suatu perubahan positif. Artinya, seorang pemimpin selalu “berorientasi” untuk mengajak kebaikan dalam melakukan sebuah perubahan.
Dengan demikian, lanjut jenderal bintang tiga itu, pemimpin selalu membawa “konsep” akan suatu perbaikan hingga nantinya mampu diaplikasikan melalui “tekad” kuat dalam mengimplementasikan konsep yang sudah diformulasikan.
Mendasari konsep perbaikan tersebut, maka pemimpin harus mampu “mengeksekusi” apa yang diniatkan. untuk itu, perlu upaya dan integritas tinggi untuk menjalankan semuanya secara “konsisten”.
Melengkapi amanat Kalemdiklat Polri, Arief berpesan bahwa seorang pemimpin akan dimintakan pertanggungjawaban apa yang dipimpinnya, baik secara pribadi, keluarga, anggota yang dipimpinnya serta orang lain termasuk institusi Polri yang dicintai.
